Job summary

Ally Financial in Charlotte seeks a Director to lead Consumer Banking Marketing Partnerships on a hybrid schedule. This role anchors the relationship between Marketing and Consumer Banking, aligning initiatives with business goals and driving executive storytelling and performance reviews.

You will partner with senior leaders, translate complex priorities into briefs, and foster collaboration across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Product, Operations, and Design to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytic and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns executive narratives articulating marketing’s impact on Consumer Banking objectives.
• Leads cross-functional teams across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Product, and Design.
• Drives quarterly reviews, scorecards, and communications to senior leaders.
• Builds partnerships to align priorities, investments, and business outcomes.
