Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams in complex environments.
• Bank/financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
