Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a full-cycle Recruiting professional to source accounting, finance and business advisory talent for strategic hires and just-in-time needs across our growing practice. You will partner with Hiring Partners and Managers to design sourcing plans, conduct interviews, present offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding, while building strong relationships across business areas and candidates.

This exempt role may require hours beyond 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience, preferably for professional services firms.
• PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated sourcing, pipelining and networking skills; knowledge of EEOC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for accounting, finance and business advisory professionals.
• Collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to plan sourcing and interview strategy; conduct interviews and facilitate offers.
