Job summary

Plante Moran seeks an HR Sourcing Senior Consultant to partner with Hiring Managers, shaping sourcing strategies and building a robust talent pipeline. You will engage passive candidates, manage searches to meet timelines, and deliver market insights to improve hiring practices.

You will lead or participate in cross-firm talent projects, leverage data to refine sourcing, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace that aligns with our culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with social media sourcing and Applicant Tracking Systems.

As an HR Sourcing Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will leverage various search techniques to identify and engage candidates, while proactively maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, as a more experienced consultant you will be a knowledgeable resource and provide strategic guidance to enhance the overall sourcing function.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
• Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry and sourcing trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-firm special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

The qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with various forms of social media and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00
