Plante Moran is seeking an HR Sourcing Senior Consultant to collaborate with Hiring Managers, build and manage a robust talent pipeline, and develop tailored sourcing strategies. You will engage passive candidates and drive searches to closure with data-driven decision making.

You will lead market research, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives across the firm. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach to improve sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with social media sourcing and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
• Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry and sourcing trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Recruit passive candidates and assess skill sets against open roles.
• Lead or participate in cross-firm talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
