Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance advisory environments.
• CPA credential strongly preferred; equivalent finance experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting advisory engagements from planning through reporting.
• Mentor and develop engagement teams with coaching and feedback.
• Manage client relationships and project staffing to meet engagement objectives.
• Drive practice growth through client expansion and cross-selling.
