Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with business units and help shape recruitment plans for current and upcoming openings. You will lead interview design, candidate screening, and selection, while maintaining a strong focus on a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The role requires 3–4+ years in HR with Talent Acquisition, a relevant degree, and HR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field.
• 3–4+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• HR certification preferred.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies is a plus (Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to analyze and develop recruitment plans for current and anticipated vacancies.
• Develops strategies for filling posted positions, coordinates implementation, and conducts recruiting meetings.
• Recommends and facilitates interview models, creates competency based questions, and coordinates job-specific assessments.
• Pre-screens candidates to evaluate history, training, and skills for eligibility.
• Ensures a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Extends offers, makes salary recommendations, and negotiates as needed.
• Meets KPIs by managing the recruiting process and advising stakeholders.
