Nscale is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with deep expertise in corporate functions recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for critical functions. You’ll partner with senior leaders across People, Finance, Legal and corporate teams, owning hiring plans, market mapping and delivery across senior and specialist roles.

This hands-on manager will run high-impact searches, influence decisions with data, build a world-class hiring bar for Corporate Functions, and ensure an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with corporate functions focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven sourcing and market mapping capabilities in competitive markets.
• Structured interviewing with calibrated scorecards and consistent debriefs.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth tech, infra, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions (People, Finance, Legal, Corp Strategy).
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and time-to-fill expectations.
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles across corporate teams.
• Improve structured interviewing and selection quality with clear competencies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
