Job summary

Nscale in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions to lead end-to-end hiring across People, Finance, Legal and Corp Strategy. This hands-on role requires running high-impact searches, partnering with leadership, and shaping a world-class hiring bar.

You will leverage market intelligence, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while guiding compensation discussions and striving for equity and efficiency in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with depth in corporate functions hiring.
• Proven track record recruiting across seniorities, including leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders with partnerships.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability (market mapping, outreach, talent research).
• High bar for quality with structured interviewing and evidence-based decisions.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth tech, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity hiring across AMER and navigating location/compensation complexity.
• Comfort partnering on compensation/leveling discussions and market benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions (People, Finance, Legal, Corp Strategy).
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake, calibration, sourcing strategy, assessment design, interview process, offer management and closing.
• Bring market intelligence on talent - including compensation trends, competitor mapping and realistic time-to-fill expectations
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles across corporate teams
• Improve structured interviewing and selection quality (clear competencies, calibrated scorecards, consistent debriefs).
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely, transparent and high-touch where needed.
