Job summary

DATAMARK, Inc. seeks a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, shaping strategies with advanced sourcing and market intelligence.

You will partner with senior leaders, build diverse pipelines, and promote candidate experience and employer branding. The role requires 6+ years in corporate TA and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, recruiting professional, technical, management, and executive level positions.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consultative partnerships with the senior management team and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment efforts for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions through advanced sourcing, networking, and talent-mapping techniques.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to create recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with professional organizations, industry associations, universities, and networking groups to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Champion best practices related to candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting technology, and process efficiency.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to Talent Acquisition team members regarding sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, market insights, and corporate recruiting practices.
