Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions across People, Finance and corporate teams. You’ll partner with senior leaders, own hiring plans, market mapping and delivery for senior and specialist roles.

This is a hands-on role where you will run high-impact searches, influence decisions with data, and help build a world-class hiring bar for corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with corporate team hiring (in-house and/or agency).
• Proven track record recruiting across seniorities, including leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management involving senior leaders.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability and market research in competitive markets.
• High bar for quality with structured interviewing and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions (People, Finance, Business Operations).
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and competitor mapping.
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles across corporate teams.
• Improve structured interviewing with clear competencies and scorecards.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely, high-touch interactions.
