Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter for Corporate Functions in Seattle to own end-to-end hiring for key functions. You will partner with senior leaders to build hiring plans, map markets, and deliver across senior and specialist roles with a hands-on approach.

You will run full-cycle searches, influence decisions with data, and help raise the bar for our corporate hiring standards while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with depth in corporate functions
• Proven track record recruiting across senior specialist and leadership roles
• Strong stakeholder management with influence over senior leaders
• Demonstrated sourcing capability and market insight in competitive markets
• Structured interviewing and evidence-based decisioning
• Experience recruiting in tech, infra, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with USA/EU hiring across locations and compensation complexity

Responsibilities

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions (People, Finance, Business Operations)
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing with calibrated processes
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and competitor mapping
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles
• Improve structured interviewing with calibrated scorecards and debriefs
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience with transparency and high-touch touchpoints
