Nscale, the GPU cloud engineered for AI, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end corporate functions recruiting for People, Finance and Business Operations. You’ll run high-impact searches, influence hiring decisions with data, and help build a world-class hiring bar for corporate functions.

This hands-on role requires 8+ years in recruiting, strong stakeholder management, market mapping, and experience in high-growth tech or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with corporate hiring (in-house and/or agency).
• Proven track record recruiting senior specialist and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions (People, Finance, Business Operations).
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent mapping.
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles.
• Improve structured interviewing and calibrated scorecards.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
