RealREPP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Lead for the Pacific Northwest. This role directs recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and stakeholder collaboration to meet regional talent needs.

You will partner with Recruiting Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure a premier candidate and employee experience. The position requires 7–10 years in full-cycle recruitment at senior levels, with a track record in construction/engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
• 5 years of recruiting within construction, engineering, or building technology sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and developing recruiters.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated relationship and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Recruiters.
• Utilize inventive sourcing techniques to access specialized technical talent pools.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on staffing best practices.
• Collaborate with managers to drive workforce planning.

• Leverage the Recruiting ATS to streamline processes.
• Deliver educational programs to hiring managers.
• Influence HR Partners and business leaders.
• Maintain an extensive talent network for future opportunities.
