Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Chief Engineer for Strategic Systems who will be the autonomous technical leader responsible for end-to-end success of solid rocket propulsion programs. You will manage large multidisciplinary teams and align technical execution with budget and schedule.

Based in Reno, NV, Folsom, CA, Huntsville, AL, Long Beach, CA, or remote, you will report to the Director of Engineering and coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver producible, compliant systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering with 15 years of engineering experience and 5+ years of technical leadership in solid rocket motors (SRMs).
• Able to direct the end-to-end technical lifecycle of the program by leading cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification milestones.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship).
