Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or related field with 10+ years design experience.
• Proven leadership of mechanical design teams in propulsion.
• Experience with Solid Propulsion systems.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong CAD and GD&T expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for solid propulsion systems and components.
• Develop 2D/3D CAD models and drawings with GD&T.
• Validate simulations for thermal, structural, and dynamic performance.
• Mentor a team of engineers and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with mission and contractual requirements.
