Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Solid Rocket Propulsion Engineer to design, analyze, develop, test, and support propulsion hardware across the product lifecycle.

The role is onsite in Reno, Folsom, Long Beach, Huntsville, or Remote, with relocation assistance possible. You will work with manufacturing, quality, test, systems, program management, and suppliers to mature designs, perform internal ballistics and related analyses, develop test plans, and contribute to risk assessments and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field with 4–15 years of propulsion experience; or Master’s with 2–13 years.
• Experience designing, analyzing, developing, testing, or producing solid rocket motors or propulsion hardware.
• Knowledge of solid propulsion disciplines: internal ballistics, combustion, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or nozzle design.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop propulsion components from concept through production.
• Support testing, data review, anomaly investigation, and root-cause/corrective-action activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, test, systems, and suppliers to mature designs.
