Qualifications

• Strong keyboarding skills and comfort with Windows-based applications and intranet use.
• Experience or familiarity with electronic health records (EPIC) and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units.
• Monitor and order supplies and promptly answer patient call lights for nursing staff.
• Assist care team with managing orders in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and facility staff across the continuum of care.
• Support the healthcare team and participate in continuous improvement activities.
