Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager for Microsoft Surface to support sales teams with product expertise and program information, driving growth for key OEM partners.

You will create trainings and presentations, manage sales pipelines, and represent the brand at industry events, building strong relationships with decision-makers across target accounts. Travel about 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel 15% and work flexible hours.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner and Customer events.
• Strong ability to communicate and sell complex technical products.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps by providing product support and program information.
• Drive growth for the OEM partner through strategic programs and initiatives.
• Create trainings, presentations, and account mapping sessions for customers and sales teams.
• Monitor pipelines and manage opportunities to align with partner goals.
• Represent the brand and partners at events to enhance awareness.
• Lead partner customer calls and meetings to support new business development.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform business strategy.
