Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager for Microsoft to identify and generate sales opportunities with Enterprise accounts through outbound calling, profiling, and meetings.

You will support enterprise reps with product knowledge, develop strategic programs, lead trainings, manage pipelines, and help drive growth with the Microsoft OEM partnership. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.
• Strong communication and sales skills; IT solutions knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate sales opportunities for Microsoft within Enterprise accounts.
• Profile, qualify, and prospect new opportunities; cold call and arrange meetings.
• Update CRM with qualified prospects and activity tracking.
• Develop strategic programs and deliver trainings and presentations.
• Support sales reps with product information and competitive advantages.
