Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to be based in multiple US locations including Raritan, NJ and Raynham, MA. The role focuses on end-to-end supply chain optimization, scenario planning, and integration of externally manufactured products into S&OP.

You will lead strategic initiatives, analyze data across suppliers and brands, and advise External Operations management while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements in a matrix environment.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working experience and five (5) years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Strong scenario planning background is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvements in the end to end supply chain via value stream mapping and detailed analysis of business information to develop tactical and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Support the process to integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP process, including conducting scenario-based supply analyses to evaluate risks associated with events and developing contingency plans with external supply chains.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and analyze complex statistical models to support best practices in master scheduling, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning across multiple suppliers and brands.
• Advise External Operations management on business and project status.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed
