• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning or integrated planning.
• Experience leading global process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
• Experience in complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Planning reliability standards, governance and tools.
• Define and evolve global planning standards with regional platforms.
• Drive process transformation and technology initiatives.
• Maintain planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
• Build partnerships across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and tech.
• Lead organizational change to sustain improvements.
