Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience in complex global organizations.
• Ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability Standards, Governance and Tools.
• Define and evolve global Planning standards with cross-functional partners.
• Drive process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Maintain planning playbooks, process/tool documentation and training materials.
• Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and strengthen capabilities.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
• Guide design, development and deployment of global training and capability-building programs.
• Benchmark industry practices and promote adoption of innovative planning approaches.
