Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Supply Planning Lead to be based in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on end-to-end value stream planning, ensuring service levels and optimized inventory across the supply network.

You will lead multi-site planning efforts, develop upstream nets and downstream distribution plans, and collaborate with production, sourcing, and demand planning to align strategy with operational execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a university bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication for all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end value stream support for supply network planning.
• Execute supply network planning processes to meet service and inventory targets.
• Lead multi-site planning efforts for a value stream.
• Develop and execute end-to-end net requirements plans upstream and distribution plans downstream.
• Create global supply network plans to meet service goals and optimize inventory.
• Highlight supply disruptions and work with partners to resolve constraints.
• Participate in new product launch meetings and assist in forecasting and production scheduling.
• Provide supply commit dates to Demand Planning and commercial groups.
• Initiate Global Allocations and determine regional allocations.
• Engage with Production Planning and Sourcing to align plans.
• Lead end-to-end planning meetings for monthly reviews.
