Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager & Global Process Lead, Supply Planning Reliability to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across the Integrated Supply Chain. This role owns Planning Reliability standards and adoption strategies, partnering across Supply Chain, Technology, and Business functions to drive planning excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or related areas.
Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability standards, governance, and tools.
Define and evolve global Planning standards with regional platforms.
Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
Maintain planning playbooks, tool documentation, and training materials.
Build global communities of practice to share knowledge and capabilities.
Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
Guide training and capability-building programs.
