Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to be based in multiple locations in the United States, including Raritan, NJ, and other sites. The role focuses on driving end-to-end supply chain improvements, risk analysis, and strategic contingency planning with external suppliers, across S&OP processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in MRP, ERP systems (SAP/JDE/APO/OMP), and advanced analytics, with Lean/Six Sigma credentials preferred.

Qualifikationen

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; minor in related fields preferred.
Minimum of six years of experience with five in Demand/Supply Planning or analytics.
Strong background in scenario planning and supply chain trade-offs.

Aufgaben

Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements via value-stream mapping.
Lead analysis to evaluate risks and develop contingency plans with external supply chains.
Build and analyze statistical models for master scheduling and capacity planning.
Advise External Operations management on project status.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental guidelines.
Perform other duties as needed.
