Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to be based at multiple U.S. locations including Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; West Chester, PA; or Warsaw, IN.

The role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and advancing planning processes across external suppliers and internal brands. You will drive scenario planning, develop contingency plans, and build advanced statistical models for master scheduling and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minor in Business, SC, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Six years of working experience and five years related in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management required.
• Strong scenario planning background required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements via value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP with contingency plans and risk analyses.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to support master scheduling, scheduling, capacity planning across multiple suppliers and brands.
• Advise External Operations management on project status.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
