Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Planner to own the rolling 3‑to‑24‑month constrained supply plan within the SIOP process. The role involves coordinating inputs from manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure feasible supply responses and leadership-ready scenarios.

Travel about 50% is required, with a flexible schedule including Eaton locations, supplier sites, and remote work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning in manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• 2+ years in SIOP/IBP or capacity planning and cross-functional decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–24 month constrained supply plan for assigned scope.
• Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment and tooling.
• Develop base, upside, downside and what-if scenarios for trade-offs.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Translate strategic supply plan into inventory, safety stock and pre-build strategies.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Commercial teams.
• Evaluate supply implications of new product introductions, phase-outs, or major changes.
• Validate planning assumptions and inputs with data owners for system maintenance.
• Create analytics and clearly communicate risks and options to senior leaders.
• Drive adoption of standard work, definitions and planning governance.
