Job summary

Northwest Hardwoods, Inc. is seeking a Supply Order Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at the Dallas headquarters. You will partner with sales, operations and transportation to provide analytics and support through the order lifecycle and sales process.

This role requires liaising between plants and sales, managing inventory levels, and ensuring orders are processed and delivered timely. Cross-training and S&OP support are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and training on Supply Chain, Inventory and Sales software.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred; 1–2 years' related experience optional.
• Five years of Supply Chain/Logistics experience can substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between plants and sales staff regarding orders and inventory.
• Search database and compute inventory levels to source lumber for customer orders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stocking levels and aged inventory.
• Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process and other duties as assigned.
