Job summary

Embed in Dallas is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee domestic and international shipments within a fast-paced, global environment.

You will collaborate with vendors, warehouses, and cross-functional teams, use ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, perform cycle counts, and contribute to continuous improvement while working a hybrid schedule (in office Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across locations and ERP systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with vendors, freight providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock audits at company and 3PL facilities.
• Process and maintain ERP transactions, including inventory movements and data uploads.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics challenges.
• Respond to supply chain requests from internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Installation, and Support teams to optimize operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive efficiency.
• Assist receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities as needed.
• Deliver professional communication to customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
