Job summary

NWH is a leading hardwood lumber manufacturer and supplier seeking an Order Coordinator in Titusville. You will prepare and ship outbound products, coordinate trucking, and ensure compliance with regulations, while communicating with sales and transportation teams.

You will manage inventory, oversee loading, scheduling, and documentation, and perform data entry for orders and invoices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift training is required.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of packaging appearance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create packing lists, bills of lading, and export documents.
• Coordinate inventory and sales to adjust delivery dates.
• Data entry for order processing and shipping documents.
• Calculate weights and dimensions for truck loading.
• Schedule daily lift operator tasks.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Schedule new order ship dates.
• Handle receiving verification and paperwork.
• Work one-on-one with team members.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.
