Job summary

Heartland Roadshow is seeking a hands-on Supply & Fulfillment Manager to own nationwide drop-ship fulfillment in a zero-stock model. You will forecast supply needs for 400+ field teams, manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, reconcile receipts, and build scalable workflows including a ticketing system.

Manage two direct reports and align budgets for timely deliveries. This hybrid role oversees procurement, logistic optimization, and process improvements to support traveling field staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or non-inventory supply chain experience.
• Proven vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and spend analysis skills.
• Experience implementing or managing ticket-based workflows (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
• High proficiency in Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management & procurement: build relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Drop-ship logistics & system optimization: lead transition to internal ticketing system and track SLAs.
• Demand forecasting & inventory planning: analyze trends to forecast supply needs.
• Financial management & reconciliation: work with accounting on receipts and budgets.
• Process improvement & SOPs: establish scalable workflows and SOPs.
• Team leadership: supervise two direct reports and mentor staff.
• Training support: coordinate logistics for training classes and field kits.
