Job summary

Staples is seeking a Director of Product Solutions to lead dropship and wholesale fulfillment operations. You will drive vendor performance, scale operations, and deliver a consistent customer experience while supporting growth.

You will partner across functions, manage budgets, and lead cross‑functional improvements using data‑driven insights. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or vendor management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead dropship and wholesaler fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate order execution and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and improve supplier performance programs, including scorecards and SLAs.
• Create operating plans and drive cross‑functional improvements for scalability and cost effectiveness.
• Use dashboards and trend analysis to monitor results and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage budgets, resources, and the financial impact of priorities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and other functions to advance supplier initiatives.
• Coach and develop managers and staff, aligning expectations with business goals.
• Drive process redesign, automation, and supplier governance to boost performance.
