Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Drop Ship Manager to lead Fleet Farm's drop ship program, expanding our online assortment while delivering a strong customer experience and supplier performance.

You will partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to drive onboarding, fulfillment improvements, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, eCommerce, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and holding external partners to performance expectations.
• Experience with drop ship, vendor-direct, extended aisle, marketplace, or ecommerce fulfillment models.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and growth of Fleet Farm's drop ship program.
• Develop strategies to expand online assortment through supplier partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Establish scalable processes for the drop ship business.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging capabilities across ecommerce and fulfillment.
• Lead supplier onboarding, implementation, testing, and readiness.
• Establish expectations for supplier performance, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
• Develop supplier scorecards and conduct regular business reviews.
• Build strong supplier relationships and hold partners to performance standards.
