Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Drop Ship Manager to lead and grow its drop ship program, expanding online assortment while delivering a strong customer experience and supplier performance.

You will oversee supplier strategy, onboarding, fulfillment performance, inventory accuracy, supplier scorecards, and continuous process improvement, working closely with Merchandising, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, IT, Customer Service, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, eCommerce, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, supply chain or related roles.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance accountability.
• Strong analytical, PM, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day drop ship program growth and optimization.
• Develop strategies to expand online assortment through supplier partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Establish scalable processes and performance standards for suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
• Collaborate across Merchandising, eCommerce, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Finance.
