SupplyHouse is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Logistics & Delivery to define strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product squad. You will align customer needs with business goals and work with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Operations across the org.

This remote-based role within select US states reports to the Product Management Team Lead and involves travel to Melville, NY six times yearly for internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of product experience.
• Led large, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Experience with A/B testing and KPI dashboards.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and scrum.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to AI/ML in commerce use cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for major initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Project Managers, developers, and leaders.
• Translate warehouse/logistics workflows into product requirements.
• Define project goals and adapt plans as business needs change.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML.
• Own and manage the product backlog and user stories.
• Lead UAT planning and ensure stable delivery.
