The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Supply Chain team and other related departments. This role ensures that all team members are proficient in using Supply Chain Business Systems tools, processes, and technologies to optimize workload outcomes.
The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead collaborates with Procurement Agents, Sourcing Category Leads, Category Managers, Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs and implement effective training strategies.
Ideal candidate will be proficient in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.) and have a strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, workflows, and industry standards. Will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or equivalent are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or Procurement, with a focus on training and development. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Travel: 30-60%, pre-planned travel to our Excellerate sites.
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. However, work may need to be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
