Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the end-to-cash cycle. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, basic inventory work, and clear vendor communication to form the backbone of the supply-chain team.

You will manage the full order lifecycle, execute EDI/portal transactions, optimize carrier routing, and monitor KPIs. This position requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance,

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in order processing, logistics or inventory management.
• Strong Excel skills focusing on PivotTables and Power Query.
• Experience with EDI/portal transactions and carrier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle: create, track, and reconcile SO/POs; resolve issues.
• Execute EDI/portal transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Negotiate carrier contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update WMS records.
• Produce KPI dashboards and support compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost-to-serve and margin analysis.
