Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Commercial Sales to lead end-to-end supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement coordination, order management, and inventory control.

You will drive alignment across sales, warehousing, and accounting to ensure product availability and minimize risk. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 7–10 years of experience, and CPIM/CSCP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• 3–5 years in a people-management role.
• Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or CSCP.
• Strong forecasting, inventory modeling and MRP skills.
• Proficient with ERP and warehouse data auditing.
• Knowledge of quality tracking and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to SCM team.
• Architect inventory strategies balancing stock and capacity.
• Translate forecasts into material-level execution plans.
• Own end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle.
• Govern data integrity between ERP and WMS platforms.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
