Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America is seeking an Account Management Representative I to provide foundational operational support for assigned customer accounts. You will coordinate order fulfillment, communicate with customers, track inventory, and work with internal teams to deliver reliable service.

Working under general supervision, you will learn company products and supply chain processes while handling routine inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining documentation in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of customer service and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day operational contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Process purchase orders, order releases, forecasts, and schedule changes; verify pricing and dates.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics on orders and inventory.
• Investigate routine issues and escalate complex ones to senior team members.
• Maintain customer records, prepare routine reports and ensure policy compliance.
