Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Supply Chain Programs Manager 2 to lead proposal planning and execution for the AMC BU in the Baltimore, MD area. The role requires a strong background in global supply chain, interfacing with engineering, contracts, manufacturing, and IT to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The candidate should have 8+ years in supply chain or related fields and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in supply chain, PM or business leadership; or Master’s +6 yrs.
• 3+ years leading a team or project.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal execution, strategy and requirements incl. schedule and staffing.
• Main PMO focal for the supply chain across programs; coordinate cross-functionally.
• Drive process improvements in supply chain/subcontracts with other functions.
• Develop material strategy and lead GSC activities in all BAP phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supplier diversity rules.
• Ensure complete schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement strategies before execution.
• Lead Emerging Program Team professionals and conduct HR reviews.
• Collaborate with PMO, Business Management, Mission Assurance and Engineering.
