Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Lake Charles, LA, seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to lead cross-functional teams across program build and sustainment.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, affordability, and first-time quality within the Global Supply Chain Program Management organization, reporting to OU GSC PM. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive supply chain experience, including leadership, procurement workflows, and EVM fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience is acceptable.
• Experience leading a team and/or direct people management.
• Experience with general procurement and subcontract execution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet supply chain commitments and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop material strategies and lead GSC activities through all phases of the BAP.
• Serve as GSCPM focal point with OU, in partnership with OU GSC PM.
• Develop and execute GSC strategies focused on affordability, efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Provide accurate cost and schedule data for the EVM baseline.
• Lead proposal management and ensure timely, compliant submittals.
