Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a seasoned Manager, Supply Chain Programs 2 to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of material content for a major operating unit. You will coordinate cross-functionally to meet commitments and drive program success.

You will own budget, forecasting, EVMS, and supplier performance, while developing strategic relationships and presenting status updates to PMO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years in supply chain management, or Master’s with 6 years.
• 12 years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years leading a team.
• Experience with EVMS, forecasting, and scheduling.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Planning Specialists to mitigate program risks.
• Own program execution including budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and EVMS for all material.
• Oversee supply base cost, schedule, quality and performance.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and present status briefings.
