Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant supply chain experience; or high school diploma with extensive experience.
• Experience leading teams, processes, and projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance and program access.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, and execution for DMS material/services across programs.
• Partner with PMO, Engineering, Contracts to align cross-functional activities.
• Develop mitigation plans for risks like Last Time Buy/Lifetime Buy.
• Lead program supply chain execution, including cost control and forecasting.
• Coordinate priorities across programs; present status to leadership.
• Mitigate document/process risks and ensure compliance.
• Use metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Communicate baselines and support Earned Value reporting.
• Support proposals from RFP to submittal for full DMS scope.
