Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Programs Manager 2 to lead proposal, planning and execution within the Restricted Emerging Programs OU under the AMC BU. This onsite role is based in the Baltimore, MD area.

The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relations, drive scheduling, budgets and risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supplier diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, project management or business.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management or business.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management or business.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal execution, strategy and requirements including schedule, staffing, requirements.
• Acts as the main focal point for the PMO for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally.
• Drive continuous improvements in supply chain/subcontracts related processes.
• Develops the material strategy and leads activities for GSC in all phases of the BAP.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supplier diversity.
• Ensure complete schedules, budgets and procurement strategies prior to program execution.
• Lead professionals within the Emerging Program Team.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Business Management, Mission Assurance and Engineering to ensure delivery of material and program requirements.
