Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager within Supply Chain Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives and change management for NELO and NextGen WMS projects. You will partner with site leadership and technical managers to ensure plan integration, governance, and successful execution.

The role requires strong business acumen, operational knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders. Travel around 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or similar field.
• 3+ years of program management experience with successful delivery.
• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods preferred, esp. logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop program tracking to support delivery of objectives and governance.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and regular leadership updates.
• Lead NELO and WMS change management strategy and execution.
• Support build, testing, training, and on-site implementation for stability and scale.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and monitor cross-functional KPIs for program success.
• Travel required 15%+.
