Nordstrom is seeking a Program Manager to drive transformation within Supply Chain Operations, with a focus on NELO and NextGen WMS initiatives. You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, govern, and execute programs using Nordstrom's project management standards.

The role requires strong communication from VP level to frontline teams, a mix of strategic planning and hands-on delivery, and travel about 15%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or similar field.
• 3+ years of program management experience with demonstrated successful program delivery.
• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods with focus on logistics/distribution and store ops.
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs including software implementations or facility programs.

This Program Manager role is an important position within Supply Chain Operations, providing program management to enable cross-functional teams to unlock capabilities and drive value to Nordstrom. This role focuses on supporting the change management strategy and execution of the NELO and NextGen WMS initiatives, partnering with site leadership across program workstreams. The role requires the ability to move between strategic planning and tactical execution. The program manager uses business acumen, operational knowledge, and effective communication skills through VP level to deliver solutions and capabilities, in partnership with technical program managers. The role partners closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure initiatives are planned, integrated, governed, and executed using Nordstrom's established project management standards.

• Program Management: Develop program tracking to support delivery of program objectives and maintain program discipline. Create program updates for leadership review. Continuously improve and apply standardized project documentation to support implementations. Programs deliver value to Nordstrom and align with Supply Chain Operations (SCO) goals.

You own this if you have...

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or a similar field
• 3+ years of program management experience, with demonstrated successful program delivery
• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods preferred, with a focus on logistics and distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or store operations, and an understanding of industry dynamics
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred, or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Experience contributing to large-scale program delivery, including software implementations, greenfield or brownfield facility programs, or equipment and automation installation

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
