Job summary

ALOM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions, manage risk and timelines, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations for a global, growth-focused organization.

This role emphasizes collaboration with customers, engineering, and IT, plus change management and training to ensure successful adoption of new platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech.
• 3+ years in program/project management.
• Experience with at least two of ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS.
• Familiar with AI/automation tools and ROI evaluation.
• Lean, Six Sigma or BPR experience.
• PMP/PgMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s a plus.
• Experience with EDI, API integrations, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines and resource plans.
• Manage risk, scope and change control across concurrent workstreams.
• Create clear business documentation for as-is and to-be processes.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement process changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP and integration layers.
• Research and scope processes, recommend products, contribute to system designs.
• Ensure data flow and process alignment across ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and IT to translate requirements.
