Job summary

ALOM, a global supply chain solutions provider, seeks a senior program manager to drive ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS initiatives across the enterprise. You will align business needs with engineering execution, delivering high‑visibility programs on time and within scope.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage risk, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize order lifecycle from capture to shipment. Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s a plus.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS platforms and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across multiple concurrent workstreams; drive design decisions to closure.
• Create clear, well‑organized business documentation outlining as‑is and to‑be processes.
• Build deep understanding of internal processes to optimize workflows and implement changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems and integration layers.
• Scope processes, recommend products, and contribute to system designs.
• Ensure clean data flow across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS with order lifecycle handoffs.
• Liaise with customers to understand requirements and onboarding to ALOM systems.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to monitor performance and meet business needs.
• Translate requirements for development and infrastructure projects.
• Drive visibility, prioritization, planning, and delivery for engineering teams.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to redesign workflows before adding technology.
• Develop training materials and SOP documentation.
