Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager focused on the Stores in North America. You will partner with retail leaders, develop insights to drive actions, and own the strategic roadmap to improve customer experience and supply chain performance.

You will create metrics, reports, and tools, guide cross-functional teams, and work with Principal/Senior PMs, BIEs and Tech PMs to deliver results on time while balancing business needs against technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-stock and related business performance data to provide action-oriented insights to drive future improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement short- and long-term mechanisms and solutions, prioritizing with senior leadership.
• Lead program management to build new capabilities, manage roadmaps, and deliver improvement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams with competing priorities and clear accountability.
• Monitor and drive project execution to ensure timely delivery, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Provide troubleshooting support and develop standard work, documentation, and training materials.
